Phase cancelation based Tremolo/Vibrato with a few weird/lumpy tricks up it's sleeve

Controls for:

Balance: degree of phase cancelation 

Depth: depth of modulation

Speed: modulation speed

Volume: overall volume/extra grime at high levels (gets pretty loud) 

Above/Below: modulation in mid/highs, or full spectrum modulation
